The fish are measured from the head to the tip of the tail. All fish are boxed in 10-kilo boxes, other sizes are availible.
Extra Small Crayfish
Extra small crayfish are 7-9cm in length and you get 40-60 pieces per kilo.

Small Crayfish
Small Crayfish are 9-9.5cm in length and you get 30-40 pieces per kilo. |
Medium Crayfish
Medium Crayfish are 10-11.5cm in length and you get 20-30 pieces per kilo. |
Large Crayfish
Large Crayfish are 12-13cm in length and you get 10-20 pieces per kilo. |
Jumbo Crayfish
Jumbo crayfish are 13.5cm + in length and you get 7-12 pieces per kilo. |
All crayfish are sold live and fresh, prices quoted will include delivery.

Delivery
We can deliver between 10 and 5000 kilos per week. Prior arrangements can be made. All individual requirements are catered for.
The crayfish are delivered live, they are packed and chilled in polystyrene boxes and delivered to a destination of your choice in perfect condition.
